Ingredients
- 3 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed, skin on, sliced into paper thin rounds 1mm to 1.5mm thick
- salt & pepper to taste* (if desired)
DirectionsArrange potato slices in single layer on paper towel; cover with another paper towel; press out liquid; surface should appear dry. Sprinkle on desired seasonings. Arrange slices in single layer on microwave potato chip tray; or, on parchment paper that is sprayed with cooking oil on top of microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high until partially browned. The exact cooking time will vary, depending on the size and power of your microwave. An 1100-watt microwave takes approx. 3-4 min. to cook a tray. Transfer cooked chips to wire rack to cool and crisp. Store in air-tight container.
*ADDITIONAL SEASONINGS may be added before the chips are cooked:
—garlic salt or powder
—parmesan cheese
—dry ranch dressing mix
—chili powder, cayenne, or taco seasoning
—curry powder
—dried herbs: basil, oregano, dill, rosemary, etc.

So, lock in my car broke down. Again… The last time it fixed somehow by itself, but now I can’t make it work :/ Oh, and in winter (only -25C) other one broke down…
I hope my shoelaces will hold it, I don’t want my car to be stolen and I can go to mechanic in 2 days… Fuck you uni!

Guess what? I just spilled hot tea on my chest… I’m clumsy as fuck. For a second I was thinking I’m gonna die, but it wasn’t that hot.

I’m going back to writing all things I have eaten in my notebook. My scale is telling me I gained weight. I’m not sure about it, since I was weighing myself after drinking like 1.5l of water and eating dinner. Bit I also almost didn’t lose anything in like 2 months. So I’m gonna bring it to the next level!
